VisualBrowser 3 is easy to use!
Tight Integration with Live
VisualBrowser automatically collects all your Live devices, Max for Live devices, and third-party plugins.
Scrape Thumbnail Images
VisualBrowser can create thumbnail images for your cards by loading effects and instruments into Live and capturing their interfaces.
Drag&Drop Organization
Simply drag and drop categories and cards to customize your library.
Customizable UI
You can change the size of cards and categories, or scale the entire application.
VisualBrowser also comes with multiple color themes!
Presets with Tags
Access the same device and instrument presets you have in Live, using the same tag system.
You can even create new cards directly from presets.
Feature Highlight:
Load FX onto ALL tracks at once!
VisualBrowser can load any effect or plugin onto all selected tracks at the same time — And it's fast! : )
Feature Highlight:
Assign keyboard and MIDI shortcuts
You can assign keyboard and MIDI shortcuts to any effect or instrument to load them into Live.
These shortcuts will work even if VB is minimized and the focused app is Ableton Live.
Feature Highlight:
Navigate with MIDI controllers
You can navigate the interface with any MIDI controller.
You can assign custom navigation mappings, so you can set it up in a way that fits your workflow.
Feature Highlight:
Overlay Mode
If you’ve set up a MIDI controller in VisualBrowser, you can even use it in a minimal overlay mode.
That way, the app only covers a small area in Live (when you use it), and you can still do everything you would do in normal mode.
Feature Highlight:
Multiple color themes
VisualBrowser comes with multiple color themes you can choose from.
Feature Highlight:
Access presets with Tags
You can access the same device and instrument presets as in Live, with the same tag system (if you use Live 12).
You can load these presets directly, or create new cards from them.
Feature Highlight:
Load a random preset!
If you want to experiment,
VisualBrowser can load a random effect or instrument for you — or even a random preset of a random effect or instrument.
Feature Highlight:
Semi-automatic thumbnail creation
VisualBrowser automatically collects every built-in effect, instrument, Max for Live device, and third-party plugin from Live.
It can then create thumbnail images by loading them into Live and capturing their interfaces.
